Well year one we’re so close to the end of the school year, we’ve got one more week to go! You are continuing to amaze me with how hard you are working both at school and at home. My star of the week this week goes to Aharon who has worked hard both at school and at home, well done Aharon!

Soon, many of you will be coming into school to meet your new teacher and I will definitely need to come and see you all before you leave year one forever! We’ve got one more week to go now year one, keep working really hard like you have been doing and keep shining like the stars! I hope you have a lovely weekend, as always stay safe and keep a smile on your beautiful faces.

Hello Year One,

I hope you’ve all had a good week, you’ve all worked so hard completing the school website activities and the Seesaw activities. You are continuing to make me so proud and you definitely all deserve star of the week! But my star of the week this week goes to somebody who has shown excellent maths skills this week and that it Audrey!

Well done to you all for all your lovely, wonderful hard work. We’ve not got long left in year one now so let’s make these last few weeks count. Keep up the fantastic work you are doing! Have a lovely weekend, stay safe and keep smiling!

Hello Year One,


We’ve come to the end of another (very warm week)! It’s been lovely to see what you have been up to in school and at home. You continue to make me so proud with how hard you are still working. I love logging onto See Saw to see photos of what you’ve been doing, hearing you read or completing the school website and See Saw activities….it puts a smile on my face so keep going!

 

My star of the week this week goes to somebody who wrote a wonderful poem about a dinosaur and created a very tasty looking lollipop tree! My star of the week goes to Cassandra, well done!

 

I can’t wait to see what you get up to next week, I hope you have a lovely weekend and get to go out and enjoy this beautiful weather, make sure you stay safe though! I miss you all and I can’t wait to talk to you next week!

Hello Year One,

 

Well done for working so hard again this week, you are all doing so well. It was lovely to speak to lots of you either in school or over the phone this week, it made me smile and made me miss you all even more. I hope we can be together again when it is safe for us all.

 

My star of the week this week goes to someone who has amazed me with how hard he has been working this week. He’s worked hard in school and has completed school home learning activities after school as well which is amazing! My star of the week goes to Calvin!

 

I have made paper home learning packs for those of you who said you’d like one and they are ready and waiting for you at school and a new one will be made for you every week. If you would like a home learning pack made please contact school or email me.

Hello Year One,

It has been so lovely to see some of you in and around school this week. I hope you are all keeping safe and well. This week has been another wonderful week for every single one of you. Lots of brilliant maths skills this week and it’s been lovely to hear you recording yourself as you read. I have two stars of the week this week as one is for in school and one is for working from home. My star of the week at school is Zuzanna and my star of the week working at home is Runo!

Hello Year One,

 

I hope you have all had a good week this week, I’ve heard that those of you who have been in school have been brilliant! It’s been lovely to see you all still continuing to complete the school website activities and the activities on See Saw. It has been a really long time since we were back in school altogether but I am so proud of how well you are all doing learning at home. Every day I look forward to seeing what you have got up to on See Saw so please keep it up!

 

My star of the week this week goes to someone who has completed all the online learning activities and has also shown what other activities she has done at home by taking photos and uploading them to See Saw. My star of the week is Joynatania!

What another fantastic week you’ve all had year one! You are continuing to work so hard and you are making me super proud. It was lovely to speak to so many of you this week and I hope you are all safe and well. This week’s star of the week goes to somebody who amazed me with her simile which she used in her writing “the waves were as big as skyscrapers”.

What another wonderful week you’ve had year one. You have all worked tremendously hard again. My star of the week this week goes to a boy who has completed many activities this week, including a lovely recording of him saying the Hail Mary which he had written out and decorated.

My star of the week goes to Noah! Well done Noah.

 

Keep up the wonderful work everyone, I know it has been a long time since we were altogether and it may be getting difficult, but keep going, I’m so proud of you all.

Hello year one,

You’ve all had such another great week and I have loved seeing what you’ve been up to this week. My star of the week this week goes to somebody who has completed online activities every day this week and I particularly loved her story ‘Cat can’t Dance’ and she remembered to use speech marks and used her beautiful handwriting.

My star of the week is Coco!

Year one, what another fantastic week you have all had! You have all completed so many activities on See Saw which is wonderful to see. My star of the week this week goes to somebody who has completed many online activities and I was particularly impressed by his drawing and labelling of his own Gruffalo and some wonderful items he has made at home.

Wow so many of you have all been really busy completing the school website and See Saw activities so a big well done to all of you! It has been really hard to choose my star of the week this week, however there is one child who has been sharing her learning with me every day and keeps up to date with all the activities set for her. She has sent me some lovely voice recordings and videos too of her reading.

My star of the week is Jenna!

 

Well done Jenna for working so hard at home. Keep up the hard work everybody.
