Hand in hand...with God we learn

Chilren's Mental Health Week 01.02.21

Even though some of us are in school and some of us are home learning we still want to continue to raise awareness of mental health and how important looking after our wellbeing is, especially during this time.

On Wednesday 3rd February we are having a ‘Wellbeing Wednesday’ Day.

All children and staff, whether at home or in school, are asked to wear an item of clothing ‘inside out’!

This is to remind us all that how someone looks on the outside may not be how they are feeling on the inside. We would love to see everyone taking part and look forward to receiving your photos those of you at home.

We have also created a Wellbeing Wednesday menu of fun activities for the afternoon. Please have a look below and see which fun activity your child would like to do off the menu. It would be great to see any photos and hear all about it. If your child is in school on Wednesday then they will be able to carry out a fun wellbeing activity off the menu in class.

Finally, we have a 5 day self-love challenge for the week. Your child can get involved in this if they wish for all 5 days or just dip into - at home or at school.

We look forward to having a week where we can all try to place our mental health as a priority as well as carrying out some fun activities!
